Hiring for Operations & CRM Executive
Experience - 1-2 Years

Location Nangli sakrwati West Delhi
9.30 to 6.30 pm for females and 9.30 to 7.30 for male including breaks with drop pick-up facility till nangli metro station to office
6 days working Sunday off
Key Responsibilities
1. CRM & Order Management
o Mark orders as completed/green in the CRM system.
o Punch orders after 6:30 PM as required.
o Update CRM data at every month-end in coordination with the concerned manager.
o Ensure CRM product weights and related information are updated accurately.
2. Daily Reporting & Coordination
o Share the Morning Sheet (today & tomorrow's plan) in the group via soft copy.
o Provide daily task updates to the Reception and Stock teams.
o Coordinate with employees regarding their IT-related work requirements.
3. Inventory & Stock Handling
o Upload inventory details to ready-stock websites.
o Check stock purchasing sheets daily, person-wise.
o Monitor and verify software entries related to stock on a daily basis.
4. Documentation & Cataloguing
o Create and update product catalogues as required.
o Prepare and arrange New Sample TP (Technical Pack / Trial Pack / Test Products).
5. Photoshoot Coordination
o Coordinate product photoshoots, ensuring all items are ready and documented.
6. General Administrative Tasks
o Perform routine software checks to ensure smooth functioning.
o Assist with any additional operations or documentation tasks assigned.
