and handling customer calling activities
. The role also involves analyzing customer data and interacting directly with customers to improve overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the CRM system and oversee daily operations to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Maintain, update, and organize customer data in the CRM
Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer acquisition and retention
Make outbound calls to customers/leads for follow-ups, promotions, and relationship building
Handle inbound customer calls, resolve queries, and provide product/service information
Record call details, feedback, and follow-up actions in the CRM system
Coordinate with sales and support teams to ensure smooth customer communication
Analyze CRM and calling data to track performance and improve customer engagement

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
