Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system accurately.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups.
Track leads, inquiries, and sales conversion status.
Coordinate with the sales, service, and support teams for smooth customer experience.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports (leads, pipeline, pending actions, customer feedback).
Monitor service requests, AMC renewals, and retention activities (if applicable).
Conduct customer satisfaction follow-up calls and record feedback.
Assist in CRM automation tasks such as campaign scheduling, reminders, and email/SMS triggers.
Identify and escalate CRM system issues to the technical/vendor team if required.
Support CRM training for new staff members.
Ensure CRM processes are followed as per company
