Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Telesales Executive (Female) to join our travel division. The role involves managing corporate clients, making outbound calls, and assisting partners with timely support and travel-related solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to corporate clients and travel agents to introduce company services and schedule meetings with senior team members
Convert prospects and onboard clients directly through calls
Provide clients with complete information about our portals, including how to use the portal and book services
Handle corporate travel sales and maintain strong relationships with clients
Respond promptly to emails and client queries
Manage bookings, payment follow-ups, and itinerary-related requirements
Maintain and update CRM systems on a regular basis
Follow up on leads and ensure smooth coordination with internal departments
Share offers, deals, and regular updates with clients
Prepare and present basic MIS reports
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction with professional support
Candidate Profile
Female candidates only
Graduate in any stream (preferably Travel & Tourism)
Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Knowledge of CRM systems is an added advantage
Organized, proactive, and customer-oriented
