Key Responsibilities:
Payment follow up from PAN India clients through Emails and Phone Calls
Ensure all orders of clients are met
Servicing the client after receiving the order till payment collection
Handle client correspondence (emails, calls), document filing, and admin work
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience as a CRM
Ability to communicate politely and confidently both speaking and writing in English
Excellent follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
Preferably resides within 45 minutes from the office
