We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
CRM Executive
to manage daily order processing, dispatch tracking, and client coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth communication between the sales, dispatch, and logistics teams while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and track daily customer orders from confirmation to dispatch and delivery.
Coordinate with the
dispatch, warehouse, and logistics teams
to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
Communicate with clients regarding
order status, delivery schedules, and issue resolutions
.
Maintain accurate data and records of all client communications and dispatch details.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and queries in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless order execution and client satisfaction.
Generate daily and weekly reports on order tracking and dispatch performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in CRM, order coordination, or dispatch operations (FMCG/food industry preferred).
Strong communication and client-handling skills.
Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
