The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for preparing and managing PJPs (Permanent Journey Plans), coordinating with Sales Representatives and the NBD (New Business Development) team, and supporting CRM-related activities. The candidate must be well-organized, proactive, and tech-savvy to ensure smooth communication and efficient execution of sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, update, and monitor
PJP
for the sales team.
Coordinate daily with
Sales Representatives
and
NBD team
for sales updates, targets, and order follow-ups.
Support the
CRM Department
by managing leads, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate data and reports using
Excel
and
Google Workspace
tools.
Prepare and circulate
sales performance reports, trackers, and MIS
to management.
Ensure effective communication between the field sales team and head office.
Assist in the implementation or usage of
Sales Force / CRM applications
.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Marketing / Business).
1-3 years of experience in
sales coordination or CRM operations
.
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
and
advanced Excel skills
.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience with
