Key Responsibilities
Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track client interactions and leads.
Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
Analyze customer data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive campaigns and outreach activities.
Provide customer support and resolve queries through CRM platforms.
Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
Assist in reporting and presenting CRM metrics to management.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
Detail-oriented and organized with good time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive attitude and problem-solving ability.
