Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Coordinate with sales, operations, and support teams to ensure client needs are met.
Monitor customer satisfaction and work on strategies for client retention.
Maintain accurate client records and track service delivery status through CRM tools.
Upsell and cross-sell company services/products to existing clients.
Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and overall experience.
Share customer insights and feedback with internal teams for process improvements.
Prepare and deliver regular reports on client interactions and service performance.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience (2-5 years) in customer relationship management, client servicing, or account management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software/tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is an advantage.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Customer-oriented with a proactive approach.
