You will be given a team of people to manage and guide for daily tasks and targets.
Manage the CRM system efficiently to maintain updated customer data and sales records.
Generate leads through calls, database management, and digital platforms as required.
Coordinate and conduct online meetings
with leads to mature them into potential customers.
Follow up effectively to nurture and mature leads till closure or handover to the sales team.
Coordinate with the sales team to track leads, follow-ups, online meetings, and closures.
Manage and guide a team
for daily lead generation, follow-ups, and CRM updating tasks.
Assist in preparing sales reports, MIS, and performance trackers.
Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution in coordination with relevant teams.
Support in planning and executing customer engagement initiatives.
Maintain strong follow-ups for payment collection and order processing, if required.
Contribute to process improvements in CRM and sales coordination workflows.
