We are seeking a well-organized and proactive CRM & Client Support Executive to join our team in Patparganj, Delhi. This is a non-target, support-focused role ideal for someone who can manage client data, coordinate follow-ups, and assist in client handling during exhibitions and expos.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and regularly update client data in the CRM system (Salesforce, HubSpot, MS Dynamics, etc.)
Follow up with clients regarding orders, updates, and event-related communication
Respond to routine client queries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
Provide support during exhibitions and expos, including client coordination and event follow-ups
Prepare and maintain client servicing reports and documentation
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure client needs are met efficiently
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in CRM, client servicing, or sales support, preferably in the printing or packaging industry
Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or MS Dynamics
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
Team-oriented with a professional and client-centric approach
