We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to manage data entry tasks and handle our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The ideal candidate will ensure data accuracy and support the sales and customer service teams by keeping CRM records up-to-date and generating reports.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter customer and sales data into the CRM system.
Update and maintain CRM records including leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities.
Clean and organize data regularly to remove duplicates or outdated information.
Assist in CRM-based campaigns and follow-ups as required by the sales/marketing teams.
Generate and share CRM reports with internal teams.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Handle basic administrative tasks related to data and documentation.
Requirements
High school diploma or bachelor's degree (Commerce/Business preferred).
Prior experience in data entry or CRM handling is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, etc., is preferred.
Excellent typing speed and attention to detail.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
