We are looking for a committed CRM Executive who will support our field and sales operations by following up on payments, tracking inventory at distributor and dealer level, and maintaining a detailed list of farmers who buy our seeds.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Payment Follow-Up:
Call and coordinate with distributors and dealers regarding pending payments
Maintain payment status sheets and escalate overdue cases
2. Inventory Coordination:
Regularly collect current stock data from distributors and dealers
Flag low stock or excess stock situations to management
3. Farmer Purchase List Collection:
Gather and maintain records of farmer purchases (name, mobile, village, quantity)
Coordinate with dealers to get this data in standard formats
Help in farmer-level communication planning post-sale
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
Good communication skills in Hindi (local dialects a plus)
Familiarity with WhatsApp, email, and basic CRM data entry
Organised, punctual, and responsive
