:As a CRM Specialist at DEVDUTT EXPORTS BHARAT PRIVATE LIMITED you will be an integral part of our customer-focused team, responsible for enhancing customer experiences, engagement, and satisfaction. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service, and you will contribute to our growth and success in the FMCG industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute CRM strategies to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Utilize CRM tools and technologies to analyze customer data and behaviors, identifying opportunities to improve customer interactions.
• Create and manage customer segmentation for targeted marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through personalized communication and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of CRM strategies with overall business goals.
• Continuously assess and enhance the effectiveness of CRM initiatives, leveraging data and feedback for improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CRM to remain competitive.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in CRM, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Proficiency with CRM software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Results-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and departments.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 per month Benefits:
