Handle day-to-day
CRM formalities
and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate with clients for
collections
and ensure timely payments.
Order inquiry management.
Manage
billing and purchase
related to customer accounts.
Maintain good communication and follow-up with customers and internal teams.
Prepare and update reports related to CRM, billing, and collections.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
1-3 years of experience in CRM, billing, or customer coordination.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email communication).
