Key Responsibilities:
Manage and follow up on all client leads after order placement.
Handle service from order confirmation to payment collection.
Resolve client queries, complaints, and provide timely support.
Maintain good client relations and collect genuine feedback.
Coordinate with sales, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth workflow.
Share product details and assist clients confidently with suitable options.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing, or related field.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Polite, proactive, and responsible personality.
Should reside within 30-45 minutes from the showroom.
Prior experience in CRM, client servicing, or showroom operations preferred.
