Zeqon (Zeqon Luxury In Land) is looking for a smart, proactive, and customer-centric CRM Executive to manage and strengthen relationships with HNI clients. The role focuses on understanding client needs, coordinating with internal teams, managing CRM systems, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all Zeqon verticals.

Key Responsibilities



Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data in the CRM system Understand client requirements, concerns, and provide effective solutions Connect with new HNI clients and support business development efforts Build and maintain long-term client relationships across all Zeqon services Track leads, follow-ups, and manage the sales pipeline Coordinate with sales, design, and execution teams for smooth project flow Ensure timely communication and a high level of customer satisfaction Prepare CRM reports on leads, conversions, and customer engagement Provide customer insights and analytics to sales and management teams

Key Skills & Requirements



Strong communication and relationship management skills Ability to understand and resolve client issues effectively Experience in handling HNI clients Proficiency in CRM software Excellent coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills Presentable, professional, and customer-focused approach

Preferred Candidate Profile:



Raipur-based candidate Energetic, professional, and growth-oriented Immediate or short notice period preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
