Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Maintain and update customer data in CRM software
Follow up with sales and service customers
Coordinate with sales and service teams for customer requirements
PSF (Post Service Follow-up):
Conduct post-service follow-up calls to customers
Confirm service satisfaction and vehicle performance
Record customer feedback accurately in CRM system
Handle complaints politely and escalate when required
Ensure timely closure of PSF cases and improve customer retention
SML (Service Marketing Leads):
Generate service leads through outbound calling
Promote service offers, AMC, extended warranty, and accessories
Schedule service appointments for customers
Update and track SMLs in CRM software
Coordinate with service advisors to ensure lead conversion
Achieve assigned monthly SML targets
Prepare daily and monthly CRM, PSF, and SML reports
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate or equivalent qualification
Minimum 1 year experience in CRM / PSF / SML (automobile industry preferred)
Good communication skills in Hindi and English
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM software)
Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills
