Key Responsibilities:
Manage parent inquiries, admissions follow-ups, and maintain student data in the CRM system.
Build and sustain strong relationships with parents and stakeholders to enhance satisfaction and trust.
Coordinate day-to-day school operations, ensuring timely execution of tasks and communication.
Identify and resolve process gaps, suggesting improvements or automation where needed.
Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for administrative processes.
Collaborate with academic and administrative teams for event coordination and reporting.
Prepare reports on admissions, operations, and performance metrics for management review.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline
2-5 years of experience in CRM, admissions, process coordination, or school administration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM/ERP tools.
Preferred Experience:
Prior 1-2 experience in process coordination, process management, or related roles.
Knowledge of FMS, checklist and dashboard
