Job Summary:



We are looking for a

male CRM Executive

to manage and strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients. The candidate will handle customer communication, maintain records, follow up on orders/payments, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound customer communication professionally. Maintain customer database, records, and follow-up details in CRM software. Coordinate with the sales and accounts teams for order processing and delivery updates. Manage client queries, complaints, and feedback to ensure smooth service. Assist in preparing quotations, reports, and documentation. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Support marketing and promotional campaigns when required.

Requirements:



Qualification:

Graduate

Experience:

1-3 years in CRM, customer handling, or back-office operations.

Skills:

Strong communication & interpersonal skills Good command over MS Office (Excel, Word, Email) Organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented

Gender:

Male (Office-based role)

Salary:

As per experience and company norms.
