CRM Executive

Role Overview
The CRM Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, handling customer queries, ensuring timely communication, and supporting the sales and design teams to provide a seamless customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain client databases through the CRM system.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions with professionalism.
Build long-term relationships with clients to increase customer loyalty.
Coordinate between design, production, and sales teams to ensure smooth order processing and client satisfaction.
Monitor client feedback, identify pain points, and suggest process improvements.
Assist in managing order follow-ups, delivery timelines, and payment updates.
Prepare reports on customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction for management review.
Support marketing initiatives by tracking customer interactions and responses.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, or related field.
2-5 years of proven experience in CRM, customer service, or client servicing (experience in the fashion/apparel industry preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools/software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and customer-oriented approach.
Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work under deadlines.
