Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer interactions, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, handling inquiries, and supporting sales and service teams.

Responsibilities:



Handle customer queries via phone, email, or in-person. Maintain good relationships with existing customers Follow up on feedback and ensure customer satisfaction. Support the sales team with client communication and follow up with Sales person too. Able to implement software as required

Requirements:



Good communication(English & Hindi ) and interpersonal skills Computer knowledge and spreadsheets are mandatory. Customer service experience is a plus
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Day shift
Work Location: In person
