Job Description

Durati on - Monday to Saturday CRM maintains an ongoing level of engagement with key customers and build trusti ng relati onships with clients and protect the brand by maintaining a positi ve image. Requirements : 3-5 Years of work experience with premium fashion/lifestyle/interior brand or internati onal sales. ? Bachelor's or master's degree with a concentrati on in marketi ng, promoti ons, adverti sing sales, or business administrati on preferred ? Be strategic and analyti cal when fi nding soluti ons to problems to ensure maximum client sati sfacti on ? To facilitate the use of CRM soft ware to improve the eff orts of the sales, customer service, and marketi ng teams ? to allow businesses to bett er manage their customer relati onships and ulti mately drive more success ? conduct quality assurance surveys to determine customer sati sfacti on and use the fi ndings to improve on areas of complaint ? maintains an ongoing level of engagement with key customers ? Knowledge of MS Offi ce soft ware and CRM soft ware ? Self-moti vated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results Key Skills :

Maintaining accurate records ? Resolving customer complaints quickly and effi ciently ? Att ending any exhibiti ons, conferences, Meeti ngs ? Review sales performance ? Research the market and related products ? Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make sale ? Maintain and develop relati onships with existi ng and new customers ? Arrange Video calling and meeti ngs ? Timely respond to incoming emails and phone queries ? Negoti ate the terms of an agreement and close sales ? Gather market and customer informati on ? Make accurate and rapid cost calculati ons and providing customers with quotati ons. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organizati on standards
