Job Description
Influx Service Location: CHANDIGARH Experience: 1+year : Responsibilities:
- Be a single point of contact for the organization for coordination with CRM vendor and managing the CRM admin.
- Managing automation systems to execute lead distribution to the entire sales floor.
- Act as a link between the Sales, Call Centre and Marketing teams for the smooth functioning of all departments.
- Driving CRM initiatives and overseeing the execution of campaigns.
- Develop Tracking to improve conversion ratio.
- Maintaining and improving data management processes and accuracy.
- Troubleshooting daily issues and challenges faced by the sales team, collaborating with other teams in the organization for all CRM initiatives.
- Strong proficiency with CRM software such as Sell.do
- Experience in Data Analytics. \xe2\x80\xa2 SQL or MS Excel proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be highly detail-oriented and have the ability to effectively multi-task
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
