Role Overview
The CRM Executive is responsible for managing customer relationships after lead generation--ensuring timely follow-ups, accurate data management, smooth coordination between sales, site visits, bookings, and post-sales support. This role is critical for conversions, customer satisfaction, and repeat business.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer & Lead Management
Maintain and update all client data in CRM / Google Sheets accurately
Track leads from enquiry to closure (new, follow-up, site visit, booking, post-sales)
Schedule and manage follow-up calls, meetings, and site visits
Ensure no lead is missed or delayed
Sales Coordination
Coordinate between sales team, channel partners, and clients
Update CRM after every call, visit, and discussion
Share daily lead status reports with management
Support sales team with customer history and requirements
Site Visit & Booking Support
Schedule site visits and confirm with clients
Record visit feedback and next action points
Assist in booking documentation, token amount tracking, and agreement coordination
Post-Sales & Customer Support
Handle customer queries after booking
Coordinate with builders, legal teams, and banks (basic support)
Track possession timelines, payment schedules, and documentation status
Ensure smooth handover and customer satisfaction
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports
Maintain proper documentation (KYC, booking forms, agreements)
Monitor conversion ratios and follow-up effectiveness
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate (any discipline)
Experience in real estate CRM or sales coordination preferred
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Strong follow-up and organizational skills
Comfortable with Google Sheets / Excel / CRM tools
Attention to detail and data accuracy
