CRM Executive

to manage our customer relationships and digital communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management

: Follow up with leads from WhatsApp, Instagram, phone calls, and walk-in inquiries.

CRM Tracking

: Maintain proper records of leads, customer interactions, and follow-up status.

Social Media Coordination

: Respond to Instagram DMs/comments and assist with post scheduling and basic content support.

Phone Call Handling

: Attend calls, explain product details, and resolve customer queries professionally.

WhatsApp Business Handling

: Engage actively with customers via WhatsApp, share product details, offers, and ensure timely replies.

Customer Support

: Create a friendly and helpful communication environment to retain and convert leads.

Skills & Qualifications:

Any graduate (Freshers can apply) Fluent in Malayalam and English (Hindi is a plus) Comfortable using Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and basic mobile tools Good communication, follow-up, and time management skills Friendly, polite, and customer-focused attitude
