Key Responsibilities:1. CRM Management & Data Handling
Maintain and update customer databases accurately in the CRM system.
Ensure data hygiene, segmentation, and categorization of customers.
Monitor customer interactions and track customer journeys.
Generate CRM reports, dashboards, and analytical insights for management.
2. Customer Engagement & Retention
Handle customer inquiries, issues, and feedback professionally.
Follow up with customers post-sales and maintain regular communication.
Implement retention strategies and customer loyalty programs.
Identify at-risk customers and take proactive measures to re-engage them.
3. Campaign Execution
Assist the marketing team in executing email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns.
Track campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Upload and manage campaign lists in CRM tools.
4. Sales Coordination
Support the sales team with lead management and assignment.
Track lead status, conversion rates, and follow-up reminders.
Ensure timely updating of leads and opportunities in the CRM.
5. Reporting & Analytics
Prepare weekly/monthly CRM performance reports.
Analyze customer behavior trends and propose action plans.
Provide insights to boost sales, reduce churn, and improve customer satisfaction.
