Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after sales.
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent service and support.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Technical, and Service) to ensure smooth execution.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
Follow up on payments, renewals, and contract terms when applicable.
Prepare and share regular reports on customer interactions, satisfaction levels, and feedback trends.
Support the sales team with lead nurturing and post-sales engagement.
Identify potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities and communicate them to the sales team.
Assist in organizing customer engagement activities, feedback surveys, and review meetings.
