We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented
CRM - Construction
professional to manage client relationships, ensure timely collections, handle documentation, oversee client registrations, and resolve escalations efficiently. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients and the organization, ensuring a seamless experience and maintaining high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Collections Management:
Raise Stage demands, Monitor and follow up on pending payments from clients.
Prepare periodic collection reports and escalate delays.
Documentation:
Maintain and update all project-related documentation accurately.
Ensure all client agreements, contracts, and relevant documents are properly stored and updated.
Assist in preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Client Registration:
Manage client registration processes efficiently.
Verify and process all necessary client information and documents.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies during registration.
Client Handling:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients for queries, concerns, and updates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Provide timely updates on project progress, payments, and documentation.
Escalation Handling:
Address client complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve escalations efficiently.
Maintain records of escalations and ensure proper follow-up until resolution.
Qualifications & Skills:
Any degree
2-5 years of experience in CRM, client handling, or construction-related operations.
Strong knowledge of documentation, registration processes, and client management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle escalations calmly and resolve issues effectively.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software tools.
