We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
CRM Executive
to manage customer interactions, maintain CRM data, and support smooth coordination between teams. The ideal candidate should be organized, communicative, and comfortable handling client queries.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update customer information in the CRM system
Handle inbound and outbound customer communication (calls, emails, messages)
Resolve customer queries and ensure timely follow-ups
Coordinate with sales, support, and operations teams for customer requirements
Track customer interactions and prepare daily/weekly reports
Assist in customer onboarding and documentation
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Skills & Qualifications:
Any degree (preferred: BBA/B.Com/B.Sc)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Strong follow-up and organizational skills
Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally
Experience:
Fresher or 0-2 years (Both can apply)
