We are hiring

two CRM Executives

(1 Male, 1 Female) who have hands-on experience working with

4QT Software

. The ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, customer-handling abilities, and experience in CRM operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer interactions, follow-ups, and support through CRM. Work on

4QT Software

for data management, tracking, and reporting. Maintain customer databases, update records, and ensure accuracy. Handle inbound/outbound customer queries professionally. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer resolutions. Prepare daily/weekly reports from CRM data. Build strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1-2 years

of CRM experience.

Mandatory experience

using

4QT Software

. Good communication and customer-handling skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word). Ability to multitask and work independently.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
