Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Leadership:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for CRM and ERP product lines.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Oversee key account management and high-value negotiations.
Deliver tailored presentations and software demonstrations to high-level stakeholders (CXOs, IT Managers, etc.).
Performance Monitoring:
Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline reviews for management.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target industries or regions.
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Explore channel sales and partnership models for expansion.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in
B2B software sales
, with at least 2 years in a
sales leadership or managerial role
.
Strong knowledge of
CRM and ERP software solutions
(e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Zoho, Odoo, Oracle NetSuite).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Solid understanding of business operations across departments (sales, finance, HR, inventory, etc.).
Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex client requirements.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or related field.
Experience selling in specific industries like manufacturing, retail, logistics, or healthcare.
Familiarity with SaaS business models and subscription pricing.
Knowledge of CRM tools for pipeline and team management (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce).
