ERP & CRM Implementation Specialist (SAP, ZOHO & Salesforce)

Seeking a skilled and proactive

ERP & CRM Implementation Specialist

to lead and support the implementation and integration of SAP, ZOHO, and Salesforce platforms. This role will involve gathering business requirements, working on BRDs, testing applications, coordinating across departments, and collaborating with third-party vendors for seamless API integrations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in enterprise software systems, API workflows (JSON), and cross-functional project management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the

end-to-end implementation

of SAP, ZOHO and Salesforce solutions across the organization. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document

Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)

. Design and test system configurations, workflows, and customizations within

Salesforce and SAP

environments. Work on

API development and integrations

(JSON-based), coordinating closely with development teams and third-party vendors. Oversee the

merger of third-party applications into Salesforce

through necessary APIs and interface designs. Liaise with

SAP teams and Salesforce teams

to enable bi-directional integration and data synchronization between systems. Coordinate with

vertical heads

and functional teams (Sales, Finance, HR, IT, etc.) to ensure business needs are translated into technical solutions. Conduct

UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

and support quality assurance during software rollouts. Ensure documentation, compliance, and training related to system implementations and updates. Troubleshoot implementation issues, manage change requests, and monitor post-deployment performance.

Requirements:

Must-Have:

Proven experience in

implementing Salesforce and SAP solutions

. Strong understanding of

BRD creation

, requirement gathering, and functional documentation. Proficiency in

API integration

,

JSON keys

, and third-party application connectivity. Hands-on experience in

Salesforce testing

, workflow setup, and customization. Knowledge of

enterprise software integrations

, especially involving SAP modules. Excellent communication and coordination skills to work across

multi-functional teams and external vendors

.

Preferred:

Salesforce or SAP certification(s). Experience in Agile or Scrum environments. Familiarity with tools such as

Postman, Swagger, JIRA

, or equivalent.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines. Effective communication. Self-starter with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and collaboration.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
