We're looking for a talented CRM & Email Marketing Executive to craft powerful campaigns that drive engagement, nurture leads, support Smart Creative Solutions and our U.K clients' digital success.
Role Overview:
As an CRM & Email Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns for both our in-house promotions and our U.K clients. You'll play a key role in lead nurturing, audience segmentation, and boosting conversions through well-timed, targeted emails.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up an E-mail automation to generate leads from U.K
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns across multiple client accounts.
Write, design and schedule emails using platforms like Mailchimp, Sendinblue, HubSpot, Klaviyo or Other platforms.
Segment email databases for targeted communication based on user behavior and demographics.
Set up automation workflows for lead nurturing, re-engagement, onboarding, and promotions.
Monitor campaign performance: open rate, CTR, bounce rate, unsubscribe rate, and conversions.
Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, design, and sending times.
Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-platform compatibility of email templates.
Collaborate with content, design, SEO, and social media teams to align messaging.
Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of hands-on experience in email marketing (agency experience preferred).
Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Active Campaign, HubSpot etc).
Strong copywriting and editing skills with an eye for detail.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email formatting is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced agency setting.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of digital marketing funnels and customer journey mapping.
Experience with email deliverability best practices.
Familiarity with CRM tools and performance tracking software (Google Analytics, etc.).
