About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Developer with

CRM & Automation Workflow

experience to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with deep experience building and optimizing CRM automations, API integrations, and AI-enhanced workflows. You'll play a key role in expanding our automation infrastructure, particularly within the

Go High Level (GHL)

ecosystem and other advanced CRM platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain

complex CRM workflow automations

, triggers, and sequences. Optimize existing CRM automation flows to enhance lead management, customer journey, and conversion rates. Develop and maintain integrations using

REST APIs

, with a focus on reliability and scalability. Work directly on a

Go High Level app

-- with bonus points if you've contributed to an app listed on the

GHL Marketplace

. Implement and manage

OAuth flows

to securely connect third-party applications and services. Create and refine

Custom GPTs (Generative AI agents)

for use within our business automation and communication tools. Build backend services using

Python (or similar server-side language)

for data processing, automation logic, and system orchestration. Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to align automation strategies with business goals.

Required Qualifications:

3-5+ years of hands-on experience with

CRM platforms

(e.g., Go High Level, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), with a focus on workflow creation and optimization. Demonstrable experience working with

REST APIs

and building custom integrations. Familiarity with

OAuth 2.0 authentication flows

and token management. Experience building or maintaining an app within the

Go High Level

platform. Deep understanding of

automation best practices

in a sales and marketing context. Solid proficiency in

Python

or a comparable server-side language (e.g., Node.js, Ruby, etc.). Experience developing and fine-tuning

custom GPTs

(OpenAI or similar), ideally integrated into business or customer-facing workflows.

Nice to Have:

An app currently live on the

GHL Marketplace

. Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), Pabbly, or Tray.io. Experience with webhooks and event-driven architecture. Background in AI workflow orchestration or chatbot development.
