Job Description

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Prior experience with SugarCRM
Role and Responsibilities: 1. Excellent Experience with understanding the SugarCRM framework. Code-level experience.2. Excellent in database handling and worked on Sugar CRM Reports, Integration with different application3. Installation, configuration, data migration, upgradation, and integration of SugarCRM environments.4. Creates modules, modifies screen layouts, and maintains drop-down lists and lookup tables in the Sugar CRM environment5. Develops Sugar CRM enhancements using PHP/Laravel MVC structure, jQuery, Ajax, and JavaScript6. Having experience in API Integration and Web Services in CRM7. Maintain system automation via internal workflows and logic hooks8. Works with stakeholders to define requirements and create user specification documents9. Work with IT staff to schedule upgrades and enhancements10. Expert with Android app development and backend developed with SugarCRM is a plus.Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in third-party tools integrations
  • Understanding of Business workflow implementation
