Job Purpose
To perform Development, support and maintenance activities for Dynamics CRM Application (On Line and On Prem Versions).
Key Result Areas
Perform Development activities on Dynamics CRM Application and should be able to work on components like Plugins, Workflows, Client Scripting's etc
Ability to understand the business requirement and translate it into technical specification and implementation.
Reporting daily status of the assigned tasks to Team leads
Getting the inspections/reviews done as per the plan
Collect data and analyze metrics related to the business requirement.
Prepare the test plan for the application enhancements
Should have experience in defining and implementing test cases using Mock Libraries
Review test results
Review/verify project documentations BRD, FSD, TSD, Production transfer documentation, SOPs, backup and rollback plans.
Deploy bug fixes in test environment and perform SIT.
Participating in code reviews
Performing maintenance on the existing code base
Get the fix tested by users and take appropriate actions to move the change in Production.

Ensure that the management is (at all times) informed of all risks, issues and their status.
Ability to complete all phases of software development life cycle including analysis, design, functionality, testing and support.

Define/conduct Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Plans for applications under responsible domain.

Enforce the company's policies and procedures Make sure application infrastructure are maintained as per the Mashreq Policies and Guidelines. Make sure proactive alerts and monitoring are enabled. Identify the right solution and architecture for the solution to be developed Planning and estimating for the projects, change requests etc and tracking the same. Participate / Review Technical Architecture documentation when TSD approaches for their development and provide the inputs in alignment with application architecture Review/verify project documents, Define SOPs, backup, and rollback plans. Should be able to identify the test scenario for enhancement being made. Participating in code reviews and provide inputs inline with best practices being followed Get the fix tested by users and take appropriate actions to move the change in Production. Should have experience in guiding the team for development in line with project specifications.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
5-8 Yrs. Strong experience relevant to MS Dynamic CRM (D365, 2016) Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.Net, React JS, JavaScript, JQuery, TypeScript, HTML, MSSQL, SSIS, Web & WCF Services (SOAP and REST), WEB APIs Must have strong knowledge of customization and configuration in MSCRM application and entities. Strong understanding of Dynamic CRM Solution management Strong technical knowledge in Microsoft Dynamic CRM application's Sales and Service Modules on Online and On Prem Versions. Must have strong knowledge to write the MSCRM plugin, workflow, form customization. Strong ability to write Web Services, WFC Services, Rest APIs, Web APIs on .Net Platform. Must have experience in SQL Server Integration Service. Must have ability to work on Windows Services. Must have ability to work on .Net based application and components.
