Job Description

Essential Qualification



Diploma / Degree in Computer Science / IT / Business Administration / Electronics / related discipline.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in CRM administration and support.

Technical Competencies (Must Have)

Hands-on experience in Zoho CRM (user management, workflows, customization, dashboards).

Familiarity with Zoho Desk (ticketing, SLAs, escalation matrix, automation).

Knowledge of Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects (basic configuration preferred).

Ability to configure and manage Zoho integrations (APIs, third-party apps, automation).

Familiarity with Zapier / Zoho Flow for process automation.

Data import/export and integration with ERP/Telephony/Email systems.

User and role access management.

Data cleaning, deduplication, and migration support.

Preparing reports and dashboards for management.

Setting up and managing helpdesk workflows.

Monitoring customer interactions and escalations.

Preparing FAQs, KB articles, and customer support documentation.

Desirable Skills (Good to Have)

Exposure to VoIP/Telephony systems integrated with Zoho.

Experience in workflow automation and scripting (Deluge/Zoho functions).

Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Request, Problem management).

Strong communication and coordination skills with multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities



- Administer and maintain Zoho One applications.

- Configure, test, and implement workflows, connectors, and automation.

- Provide end-user training, support, and issue resolution.

- Maintain customer and support desk data integrity.

- Generate regular reports, dashboards, and insights for management.

- Liaise with vendors and internal teams for system enhancements.

Selection Criteria



- Academic Qualification (Diploma/Degree) - Mandatory.

- Experience (? 2 years with Zoho One/CRM tools) - Mandatory.

- Practical Test - Zoho workflow/connector setup demo.

- Interview Assessment - Technical + Problem-solving + Communication.

- Pay Range: ₹25,000 - ?30,000 per month

- Reporting to: Zoho Admin
