The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and meticulous
CRM Data Management Specialist Intern or FULL TIME
based in India to ensure the integrity and accuracy of our core customer database. This is a crucial, hands-on role perfect for individuals seeking foundational experience in business systems and data hygiene. You will receive comprehensive training and work directly within our CRM environment.

Key Responsibilities
Your primary focus will be supporting the Sales and Operations teams by maintaining a robust and reliable CRM database.
High-Volume Data Entry:
Execute daily data entry and administrative tasks into our CRM system, requiring commitment for
4-5 hours per day.
Data Integrity & Reclassification:
Process and reclassify a high volume of information, aiming for
at least 200-300 data entries daily.
Quality Assurance (QA):
Perform rigorous checks to ensure all entered data is accurate, correctly formatted, and adheres to company standards.
Process Improvement:
Identify and report potential inefficiencies or recurring data quality issues.
Immediate Training:
You will receive
immediate and thorough training
on our proprietary system and data entry protocols.
Required Qualifications
Education:
Open to
fresh university graduates
or currently enrolled
3rd/4th year university students.
Language:
Must be
fluent in spoken and written English.
This is mandatory for system training and daily communication.
Skills:
Exceptional attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
Mindset:
Ability to handle repetitive tasks with focus and maintain a high volume of output consistently.
Technical:
Basic familiarity with CRM systems or databases is a plus, but not required (training provided).
