Salary - 35 k CTC

Note : BPO - Telecaller/ Telesales/ Customer Support - voice process need

Industry - BPO

Language: Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam

Immediate joining/ Willing to relocate

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing customer relationships, supporting the sales team, and maintaining accurate sales data to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



Maintain and update customer information, leads, and sales data in CRM software.

Follow up with customers for inquiries, quotations, and order status.

Support the sales team with documentation, proposals, and coordination.

Track leads, opportunities, and sales pipeline and share regular status reports.

Handle customer calls/emails and resolve basic queries.

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly CRM and sales performance reports.

Skills Required:



Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) preferred

Basic MS Excel and reporting skills

Customer service and follow-up skills

Time management and multitasking ability

Qualification:



Any Graduate

5-8 years experience in Sales Coordination / Customer Relationship / CRM preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
