Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Manage end-to-end

order processing

-- from order receipt to fulfillment. Conduct

regular follow-ups

with existing customers for repeat orders, payments, and service feedback. Coordinate with

internal departments

(sales, logistics, production, accounts, etc.) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Understand customer requirements,

identify pain points

, and provide proactive solutions. Maintain accurate

customer records

and update CRM systems regularly. Build and maintain

strong, long-term customer relationships

to enhance retention and loyalty. Handle and resolve

customer complaints or escalations

promptly and professionally. Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience. Prepare and share regular

reports on orders, payments, and customer interactions

with management. Support the sales team with

upselling or cross-selling opportunities

when applicable.
