Female Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

to handle client coordination and relationship management for our film and production projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients professionally Coordinate with artists, clients, and internal teams Follow up with leads and ensure proper client communication Maintain and update client records and reports Resolve client queries and provide accurate information Ensure high levels of client satisfaction Assist in scheduling meetings, auditions, and walk-ins
Requirements:

Female candidates only

Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English) Pleasant personality and professional attitude Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools (preferred) Ability to handle pressure and meet targets Prior experience in CRM / Telecalling / Client Handling is a plus
