4-8 years (CRM & B2B Jewellery / Luxury Industry Preferred)
Role Overview:
The Corporate CRM Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with B2B clients, distributors, and retail partners of our gold jewellery brand. This role involves implementing CRM strategies, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving repeat business through personalized engagement, loyalty programs, and data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
1. CRM Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute CRM strategies for B2B customers including wholesalers, retailers, and corporate buyers.
Manage the CRM platform to maintain accurate and updated client data.
Segment clients based on purchase behavior, region, and business value.
Design and execute targeted campaigns to increase sales and engagement.
2. Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and partners.
Act as the primary point of contact for B2B clients for inquiries, feedback, and support.
Conduct periodic client meetings, reviews, and business development discussions.
3. Data & Insights
Analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
Prepare monthly reports on client engagement, sales pipeline, and CRM KPIs.
Use CRM analytics to improve retention and upsell/cross-sell initiatives.
4. Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and design teams to align CRM efforts with business goals.
Coordinate with the product and marketing teams for customized client offerings and promotional activities.
Support the corporate sales team in lead management, follow-ups, and conversions.
5. Technology & Process Improvement
Manage CRM software implementation and upgrades.
Ensure data hygiene, compliance, and security within the CRM system.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve CRM processes and automation.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in CRM, corporate sales support, or key account management (preferably in jewellery, luxury, or retail).
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Customer-centric mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of gold/jewellery industry trends is an advantage.

Client retention and satisfaction scores.
Growth in repeat business and client lifetime value.
CRM data accuracy and usage rate.
Conversion rate of leads to orders.
Efficiency of CRM campaigns and communication.
