Job Description

we are hiring for those who are responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. The role involves understanding customer needs, ensuring high-quality service, resolving issues efficiently, and developing strategies to improve the overall customer experience and brand trust.

Key Responsibilities :



Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and clients. Understand customer needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally. Monitor and analyze customer data using CRM software to improve engagement. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services. Implement strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty programs. Prepare regular reports on customer feedback,satisfaction level, realtionship health.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
