CRM / Customer Relations - Real Estate (Pre & Post Handover)

Experience: 5-10 years
We are hiring a CRM / Customer Relations professional with strong experience in residential real estate handover and post-handover management. The role will manage the customer journey from pre-handover to possession and beyond, ensuring smooth coordination and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Single point of contact for customers during pre and post handover
Coordinate with project, sales, legal, finance, and site teams
Manage pre-handover inspections, snag closures, and unit handovers
Handle payment follow-ups, documentation, and customer escalations
Support post-handover issues, DLP coordination, and society formation
Maintain CRM records and basic reporting
Requirements:
10 to 15 years of CRM experience, preferably 5+ years in residential real estate
Strong communication and customer-handling skills
Experience with handover, possession, and post-handover support
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
