Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesPresales & Lead Management
Handle inbound inquiries from online portals, calls, emails, and social media.
Conduct outbound calling to warm and cold leads to explain project details.
Qualify leads based on customer requirements, budget, and project suitability.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with sales teams and clients.
Maintain follow-up with prospects to increase site visit conversions.
CRM & Customer Relationship Management
Update and manage leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in CRM software.
Ensure timely communication with prospects to maintain engagement.
Share project brochures, pricing, and relevant details with customers.
Maintain customer databases, track leads progress, and generate reports.
Handle customer queries professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Sales Coordination
Coordinate with sales managers, channel partners, and marketing teams.
Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports on leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Assist with documentation, booking forms, and post-visit follow-ups.
Support sales events, open houses, and marketing campaigns when required.
Communication & Presentation
Provide clear project presentations to clients on call/virtual meets.
Ensure polite, confident, and professional communication at all times.
Skills & Requirements
Female candidates only.
Under Graduate/ Graduate in any field; experience in real estate sales/presales preferred.
Strong communication & convincing skills.
Good knowledge of CRM tools
Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-up efficiently.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
