Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet customers as they enter the store Answer customer queries politely and direct them to the right department or salesperson Coordinate with the sales and billing teams for smooth customer transactions Generate daily/weekly reports on customer engagement and feedback

Skills & Qualifications:



Graduate or equivalent education 1-2 years of experience in customer service/front desk (retail experience preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Polite, professional attitude with a customer-first mindset Ability to multitask and handle store rush hours efficiently
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
