Job Description

Manage customer interactions through CRM software and ensure accurate data entry and updates.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and providing timely support.

Act as a point of contact between the company and clients for queries, feedback, and problem resolution.

Assist in implementing client engagement strategies to improve satisfaction and retention.

Track and monitor client interactions, prepare reports, and share insights with the management team.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Follow up on leads, support renewals, and contribute to cross-selling/up-selling opportunities.

Ensure prompt communication and maintain a professional approach with all clients

What We Are Looking For

Bachelor's degree business administration, Marketing or related field

0-2 years experience in CRM Client Servicing or Customer relations

Most preference to female candidates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Expected Start Date: 27/09/2025
