CRM Executive / Accountant - Real Estate & Builders
Overview:
We are looking for a
CRM Executive with Accounting experience
to handle customer relations and financial operations for our real estate and construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, accounting, and coordination skills, ensuring smooth client management and accurate financial handling.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer relationships from booking to handover.
Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and maintain records in CRM software.
Coordinate between customers, sales, and accounts teams.
Manage client payment schedules, collection follow-ups, and financial reconciliation.
Prepare invoices, receipts, and maintain customer payment reports.
Support project-wise accounting and maintain proper documentation.
Prepare and share CRM & accounting reports with management.
Resolve customer queries and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Skills & Competencies:
Knowledge of CRM systems and MS Excel.
Strong accounting knowledge (Tally preferred).
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
Experience in real estate or construction industry preferred.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
5+ years of experience in CRM and accounting roles
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Experience:
crm in Real Estate: 5 years (Preferred)
Accounting: 5 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
