Key Responsibilities
Communicate with customers regarding orders, dispatch status, pricing, and delivery timelines
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction
Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, accounts, sales) for smooth order execution
Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally
Maintain customer records, reports, and documentation
Support sales operations and after-sales coordination
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)
Minimum 3+ years of experience
in CRM / Customer Support / Sales Coordination
English communication is mandatory
(spoken & written)
Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and CRM tools
Experience in coal, manufacturing, mining, or industrial sector preferred
